The ordering process was simple with great instructions on exactly how to measure. I loved that I received many other sample options in addition to the ones I had ordered. The curtains are stunning and look exactly as pictured on the website. I would definitely order from Cozyology again.

I just placed my order, but wanted to say how amazing Ana from the Cozyology Team was! She was extremely kind and patient with all my questions and wanting me to understand even how the folds of particular designs would lay and look and sending photos of designs I was considering but was hesitant of. She was wonderful! It was also nice being able to order the 20 samples to see what fabric looks like in person, as I didn't end up with my initial choices. I couldn't get the GIFT10 to reimburse the samples to work, however they included a nice card I discovered in my samples bag for a super 23% discount! I'm so excited to get my final product! Thanks again for all the help!!!

These are the most beautiful curtains EVER!!!! The fabric is this incredible, soft, cozy material that drapes in the best way. I'm a fan! Will definitely be buying more for additional rooms in my house!

I ordered curtains per the instructions for measurement. They arrived and are beautiful!! Exactly what I wanted. The pleats hang beautifully. The material is high quality and the blackout liner blocks light very well. I did not have enough rings so I contacted the company and the customer support was quick and professional. I will order from Cozology again.

Update 12/19/25: 4 ⭐️'s They have since reached out and truly remedied the situation! Great customer service — I will continue to update my stars review until the process is actually complete! Thank you Cozyology for making this right!12/I5/25: 1 ⭐️I ordered Layla Linen Drapery in the color "Straw Beige" and based it off of their advertised influencer who stated L1204 straw beige was the color she chose and it was a much deeper color than straw beige would seem to be! I checked the swatch online under drapery and saw it was a deeper color and ordered several curtains and ended up paying over $1,600 for a full custom set! Fast forward to when I received my curtains a few weeks later and they are NOTHING like the advertised color.. so I did some digging and sure enough, they have misrepresented their color swatches and if you go to "Roman shades" and look up "Layla linen" in Straw Beige L1204 you will see it's a much lighter straw beige color and NOTHING like the Drapery color advertised. This is a HUGE difference and mistake on their part to which they will not remedy and told me I could have a discount to reorder curtains.

As an interior designer, I always choose cozyology curtains for my clients. The quality beats out all of the competitors and the customer service is extremely helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very responsive throughout the entire purchase, shipping, and aftercare. Fantastic company.
